Updates To my Prayer Request :)

Hello All!
My mind is still a bit jumbled so I apologize ahead of time that my notes are rather dis-connected and not very well organized. I am going to just try to write the most important things here first, hopefully when I am feeling more myself I can get out a better update.
Of course I want to say THANK YOU so very much for all of your thoughts, prayers, and just letting me know that I am not alone, no matter what. That means the world to me, way more then I could ever explain to you. I needed the reminder of HOPE, and you blessed me with that, thank you so very much.
Well a HUGE answer to prayer was how my Thanksgiving Day ended going. My oldest three girls were all invited to eat with friends and my one daughter's boyfriend was kind enough to offer to handle driving them all for the day. This was no small thing considering he lives an hour away now. He picked them all up ,dropped them off on their way to his folks and picked them all up on the way home. Bless his dear heart.((((Micah))))
My eight year old daughter wanted to spend the day with my oldest boy and his fiance. They also live in town an hour away, so Micah ended up dropping her off with my oldest son in the morning as well. My oldest son and his fiance took the 8yr old (Emily) to her folks family Thanksgiving.
So left at home was just myself, my 2yr old girl, my 15 yr old boy and my hubby.(and hubby works nights so he had to sleep.) I was happy to just make do and hang out here, BUT my oldest son, Steven (22) could not stand the idea of us not having a Thanksgiving dinner, so he and his sweet fiance invited us to come to their apartment at the the end of the day and eat with them. Since it was just the four of us left home we could fit in my little car so that worked out, YAY! It gave my hubby time to sleep, we just relaxed all day and then went over there at 7 for dinner. I told my son and his fiance (Steve&Jeana) that they did not need to really cook, we would have been happy with Turkey lunch meat sandwiches, ya know?! But they did it anyway, they came home from her folks and still cooked us turkey AND ham and all the fixings. They live in a tiny one bedroom apartment so we just grabbed paper plates and ate here and there. For dessert they even had made two types of cake (YUMMY) and they had a movie for us to watch! (Fred Claus, very fun to watch) . So (if you could keep track of that all, LOL) it ended up being a very nice Thanksgiving for everyone after all.
I also have another neat thing to share with you all. Many times in my life while going through really hard things, I have looked up in the sky to see a rainbow. I always felt like God was reminding me that #1, He is there, #2 He keeps his promises, ALWAYS !
Rainbows are pretty special to me for that reason. Well this morning, I was laying on the couch resting because I wasn't feeling well. I sleep for a little and when I opened my eyes, there splashed across my ceiling was a HUGE, bright, beautiful rainbow !! The morning light was shining through the window and somehow reflecting off of something to make this perfect (every color crisp as can be!) rainbow on my white ceiling. All I could do is cry tears of thankfulness. My heart overflowed. I said, Thanks God, got the message! , You are here with me and you always keep your promises...how can ever forget that??
Scripture verses of His promises floated in and out of my mind all morning, I truly felt like I was on holy ground here in my little living room this morning.
I hope some of this makes at least some sense, lol. I need to go rest again, hopefully I can add more later on. With OVERWHELMING thankfulness and Love~Carole
